SISTEMUL DE VÂNZARE ȘI TAXARE AUTOMATĂ A TITLURILOR DE CĂLĂTORIE

Este un sistem complex bazat pe utilizarea cardului contactless ca suport pentru achiziționarea și validarea titlurilor de călătorie în rețeaua de transport public din Zona Metropolitană Cluj. Sistemul este alcătuit din 86 automate stradale pentru vânzarea titlurilor de călătorie, sistem de validare în mijloacele de transport și în stații, centre de vânzare și panouri de informare a călătorilor. Automatele dispun de camere de supraveghere și sisteme de securitate și alarmare.

PAPER TICKET purchase
1. Firmly press the button to purchase/choose tickets, on the screen of automatic machine.
2. Select: The area, the Number of tickets, and, optionally, non-fiscal receipt printing.
3. Insert cash or choose "Payment by card".

Purchase of NON-PERSONAL CARD
1. Firmly press the button "BUY CARD" on the screen of automatic machine.
2. Select the desired non-personal travel title: Subscriptions, Electronic tickets, Units of time or Fixed amount.
3. Select the desired options: Area, Number of travels, Lines, Period, etc. Press "Continue" button when required, and optionally, "Receipt" for printing the non-fiscal receipt.

The Public Transport Company Cluj-Napoca processes your personal data, respectively the image through automatized means, in order to monitor the access of persons and to ensure their security, of the spaces and operator's property and the public ones as well as for the purpose of prevention, research, repression of offences, maintenance of public order, finding and sanctioning contraventions in the means of public transport.The personal data registered are communicated to the following recipients: police, courts of law.

According to Law no 677/2001,you benefit of access rights, intervention on data,right to oppose, right no to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to address the court.

According to law requests no 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regards to processing of personal data and free movement of data, modified and completed and of the Law no 506/2004 regarding processing of personal data and protection of private life in the area of electronic communication, The Public Transport Company has the obligation to administrate within safe conditions and only for the purposes specified, personal data which you supply about yourself.

The purpose of data collection is that targeted individuals to benefit from local public transport services(issuing subscriptions, paper type tickets and card type ones, electronic communication in the ticketing system, acquisition of travel titles through SMS, electronic wallet)

You are obliged to provide data, these being necessary for issuance of valid travel titles. Your refusal makes it impossible to issue the valid travel title.

The recorded information is intended for the use of the operator and are communicated to the targeted persons in Cluj-Napoca Municipality.

According to Law no 677/2001, you benefit of access rights, intervention on data, right not to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to address the court. Also, you have the right to oppose processing of personal data on your regard and to request data deletion.
